Sylvester Stallone just announced that filming has just begun on Creed II, with a behind-the-scenes video that shows how much things have changed since Rocky was released.
Creed II was written by Stallone and co-writer Cheo Hodari Coker (Luke Cage). The film will be a direct sequel to Ryan Coogler’s underappreciated film, although Steven Caple Jr. has stepped in to direct the sequel. Michael B. Jordan will return as Adonis Johnson, who is training for his next fight against Vitor Drago (Florian Munteanu), the son of Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren). Tessa Thompson also returns as Adonis’ love interest, Bianca.
