If you’re not already excited for Marvel’s Black Panther, you will be in a few minutes! Entertainment Weekly just released an incredible new look at the upcoming superhero movie directed by Ryan Coogler, and it might be Marvel’s most beautiful and colourful film yet.

The article also features an interview with executive producer Nate Moore, who reveals that the film is not only a comic book movie but a blending of certain franchises such as The Godfather and James Bond.

“What I think we landed on was sort of a cross between James Bond and The Godfather. A big, operatic family drama centred on a world of international espionage. So hopefully we’re getting the best of both worlds.”

First introduced in Captain America: Civil War, Chadwick Boseman will continue his portrayal of T’Challa aka. Black Panther in the characters first solo movie next year. The new images not only give us a new look at Boseman as the Black Panther, but we also get a great new look at the massive cast, including Michael B. Jordan as Killmonger, Forest Whitaker’s Zuri, Letitia Wright as T’Challa’s sister Shuri, and Angela Bassett as his mother Ramonda.
